Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products being food items, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
However, if your order arrives damaged or opened, we will make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@kaffecito.co. with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
We are not responsible for issues caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.
